Default 1968 Weather Stripping

Looking for recommendations for replacement weather stripping for my 68 convertible. I prefer USA made. I have read post about import material being too hard, wrong size or drying oit prematurely.
Thanks

generally you want to do each side completely with the same brand as theres variations in size and hardness, go with ecklers or Wilcox etc as a vendor as they typically give a good description on the quality, made in the usa is always good but not always the best.

I got all of mine from Wilcox. It fit very well. As far as hardness, it seemed similar to a new vehicle and after two years it holds its shape.

Just received all the weather stripping to reseal my 69 coupe from CRC, the seal seam like very high quality. Time to get to work before the weather gets cold. Two winters ago I got the same seals from Ecklers and it leaks worse now than the 40 some year old seals did. T

please send pics of final job, it appears that your doing a true restoration partial project and as far as I am concerned the way a classic handles and feels when your doin 90 one the interstate is the benchmark of what makes a classic worth being the baby of the family.

Previous owner claimed these were all ecklers rubbers, dunno if they are or not, but CRC they are NOT

personally i would have claimed the previous owner put them on... they were trash

the CLC looks like oem, and has the metal skeleton inserts inside the foam too, fits absolutely perfectly too... door seam to A pillar and rear window to B pillar fit beautifully

Do you have kits. I did talk with Mike at CRC and they have a complete body kit and a kit for the convertible top. They also have a misc. gasket seal kit. Can you supply these?
K007 Early 1968 convertible body kit
S198 Convetible top kit
G667 Misc. gasket kit (tail light housing gaskets, side marker gaskets, door handle gaskets etc.)
