Default Borgeson crank pulley question.

Tomorrow I get to install a Borgeson power steering box on my non PS 70 Corvette. After reading hundreds of threads over the years about the conversion I have a question about the crank pulley.

Since my car is a non power steering car I only have a two row crank pulley. Will I have to purchase an add on pulley or go junkyard hunting for a three row to get everything to line up correctly? Or will my outside pulley that has the belt that just goes to the water pump line up with the power steering pump that Borgeson supplied?

I'm just trying to avoid any surprises tomorrow.
Thanks

Pretty sure you will need a 3 belt pulley

here is some info I gathered for mating pulleys together, see post # 36:

I've a done a bit of research on these annoying pulleys. If you provide the pulley number for the water pump pulley and the crank pulley I can try to look for the add-on pulley for you.

BUT just so you know my power steering pulley is driven by 2nd groove of the crank pulley. Picture here:

As you can see the P/S pulley is of a smaller diameter. T

Thanks for the replies. Borgeson did send a two row big block power steering pump pulley in the kit, maybe that will line up. Fingers crossed.

Here is my Borgeson PS pulley setup. I did not buy a PS pump from Borgeson, I had one laying around from another project (a parts trade). I recall it was for a mid 70's K5 Blazer. I did however buy the Borgeson PS bracket.

Factory two groove water pump pulley and the PS pump came with a two groove as well. Water pump inner groove is used only for the alternator. Water pump outer groove aligns with the PS inner groove. I recollect I had to put a 1mm (1/16") spacer under the water pump pulley to get a perfect belt alignment (I suspect because the aftermarket aluminum water pump was not the exact same length as factory).

The crank pulley is just the factory 69 double groove . The outer groove drives the water pump/PS pump
