My thoughts are - get a shorter- wider radiator - then just easily run the air intake over the top.
I had looked into that- but changed my design- as now I pulling air through the hood -

I think this could be a good idea for a lot of people; I ordered my new radiator first thing yesterday morning, so just a few hours too late for me, but someone may be able to use this idea in the future.
