I will be using longtube headers with true dual exhaust (still waiting for the exhaust pipes).
So I won't use the heat riser.

Do you have a picture of the right gaskets that I have to use? (Sorry, still learning the 'basics'.)
Then I can check if I have the right ones.

And then there's the guys that use NO sealer at all on the intake gasket. Because their father never did. Their grandfather never did. So it must be so.

These three guys could never figure out why they always had a vacuum leak and their plugs were fouling with oil mist from the lifter valley.

Gave up on Felpro print o seal gaskets years ago they seem (along with water pump) to turn to mush maybe they corrected that by now

Went back to cork ends;silicone can work but seems to shrink over time..whatever works for you at least there are choices. imo some get way too happy with the silicone causing their own problems.
Now that you guys are talking about 'ultra black' ... I have a brand new tube of Permatex's 'Ultra Grey' that I used for my new valve covers. Will the 'Ultra Grey' work for the china walls?
Are Ultra black, blue and grey the same in funtion and is there just a color difference?

I think this is what you meant?

Yup-yup-yup. I used that on waterpumps, thermos housing, head water passage, etc. Good stuff except a little pricey for only .5 ounces.
But it is glycol proof. Some sealers are not. Some are for gas & oil but not antifreeze.
