H-m-m-m-m-m. Reminds me when I thought it was a good idea to put a chrome lid and chrome bails clamps on my MC. The after market lid was too small, the box store gasket was too big and the chrome bails did not fit the holes. I put all of these items in the round file box. Back to Delco.

Same. The chrome lids are almost a gauranteed leaker. I tossed a couple of them as well.

exactly where do you see the fluid, between the back of the master cylinder and booster? If so the master needs to be replaced or rebuilt.
seems wet up to and under cap. Everything clean and dry top to bottom will test drive when rain stops. Placed a cork gasket between cap and rubber seal.
