Default Rack build: part needed

Previously I purchased Günther-C3's selfmade rack setup and all was well. But then I decided to upgrade my wheels and tires and things changed. Everything fits great, except for the Grand Am rack and the driver side tire rubbing.

Not wanting to sacrifice turning radius by installing a rack limiter or steering stops I found that an Australian company called RRS fixed the rubbing vs. turn radius issue by cutting the end cap and replacing it with a bellow/dust boot.

However finding a this bellow/dust boot turns out to be quite a challenge! Because not everyone (frequently) checks out the parts for sale section (and because I'm impatient, let's be honest here )

Therefor I'll repeat my cry for help here too: where do I purchase such a thing? Autozone, Summit, Jegs... nope, nope and nope.

Thanks in advance!

In turn I will post photos before and after
