Default 69 Fuse Block Installation Help

I'm doing an interior "clean-up" to replace wiring, led bulbs, & many other electrical components. Took out the Tach/Spedo dash, center console, gauges. I'm not replacing the fuse block or any wiring harnesses, just cleaning it up. I disconnected the 3 body parts of the fuse block and am now ready to install it. The engine is in, so I've got to get at the engine-side from down below. Any tips, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the driver's side splash shield and you may get a little room. The vacuum supply tank makes for a tight fit where you want to go.
