frame question
Hey all, I have a restored 76 frame and am wondering if I can set a 74 body on it without too many problems

Yes. Virtually no problems. Can use rear bumper shock setup from 76 or mount 74 setup with a little trimming.

what about body mounts - - are they in the same place? Anything major to watch for?

Yes. If you want to put a 66 body on there, you need to move body mounts. You can't put a 58 body on at all...

FWIW: Front and rear impact bumper and hardware changed between 74 and 76.

The front stuff bolts to the frame horns. The rear stuff is pretty much interchangable.
