Question: Can I install the lower left (drivers) side dash panel (w/Speedo & Tach installed) and the top/upper dash by themselves?
And then finish the center gauge cluster and right side lower dash panel at a later date?
Any obvious problems (lack of support?) with this idea?
Thank you,
Mark

I agree. That's the order I installed mine. You can install the dash pad and lower left and then install the console and center gauge cluster. Lower right goes in last.
The upper pad isn't any issue, but the lower pad is. When we install a lower pad on the driver side we always pull the steering column. We do this for two reasons, one it's easier and two if you don't and just loosen up the steering column at the dash you can break the U collar above the steering wheel due to the weight of the pad. Remove the column, it's only six bolts and easy to do, then you can sit in the seat, run your cables hook up your lamps and other wires with ease. Of coarse you'd want to have the upper ad in place before you did this.
In regards to the upper pad, it goes in first and to do this correctly you'll have to remove the passenger side pad (which is very easy). If you go to this link it'll show you how to remove the right and upper pad... but stop with that portion of it because this pdf needs to be updated with the one above in regards to removing the column.
