Od installed,waiting on steeroids
Installed the 200-4r today.Everything went smooth and looks factory.I can,t say enough about bto`s parts. I learned a few tips I`ll share.
[th400-200-4r]
1.you will need a dual pattern flexplate,tc bolt pattern is smaller on od
2.if the od you use is multi bolt pattern on case,dip stick for Monte carlo is needed.other wise just use a nut&bolt through extra bolt hole[can`t be seen after xmember is installed]
3.backdrive cable[SHIFT LOCK OUT] bracket must be mod. to fit od pan.
4.the small black split wire cover[from auto parts or home improvement]really cleans up the look of the new wiring.
5.if you use a 200 od make sure you have the metric bolts for trans mount.
6.if you have used duct tape to cover any open holes during installation,throw it away,do not leave it laying in your work area!it will find it`s way into your hair,goes in easy,a real b---h to get out :cry
All in all real easy swap.Now I`m just waiting for steeroids to arrive.Hopefully this will be time and money well spent,not to mention my new bald spot. :D
