Hey everyone
i have to take back the previous post and calm down. Every body on here have all been positive and surporrtive. If I can fig out how to remove the oringnal big dog comment I posted. But I have to say I have never read a more positive forum. You all rock. I really look forward to getting into it more. THANK YOU ALL😃😃😃.
I certainly didn't cough all the money for parts and build my car all at one time. It has been over a few years. I made some good money on some car and parts deals that paid for most of it and I did all the work myself, and I mean everything. That is the only way that this came about. If I had to pay other people to do anything, I wouldn't have what I have.

Mine's been a work in progress ever since I bought it back in 1995. Installed the ZZ4 crate engine in 1997, and been modifying it ever since. Done most of the work myself including the paint job, and tried to spend the money as wisely as I could. It definitely isn't the fastest C3 on here, but it still holds it's own against most true street cars.

where are you located and do you have pics of your car? Theres a lot of great guys here. I've met quite a few guys here and made a best friend In JKippin. I met him through here buying parts. We hang out up at Hampton beach when we can and have traded parts back and forth. If you can go to local car shows and meet up with other like minded guys, I'm sure someone would help you out or lend you tools. You may have to figure out who knows what is going on and who is all talk but thats with everything.
I had a neighbor that was late 20's and into drift car racing. I learned a little about LS motors from just from talking to him about issues he had with his. I lent him lots of tools. He had 2 issues going on, a truck motor with the auto trans computer looking for input. He didnt have it of course so the computer cut his power to 40%. Once the tuner got that eliminated they found it was still running rough. That problem was the whole passenger back was dead from a fuse issue. Man when he got that solved that motor sounded great and you could balance a nickel on it. Most guys like me like working on motors and things just to see them run. Good luck, it'll work out.
