Sent them mine. Complete new webbing, took the dated labels from the old ones and sewed on the new webbing exactly like the originals, checked and cleaned the retractors. Total cost with Shipping was $122 3 years ago. AS good as new when I got them back.
You could try to dye them w/ clothes dye. I removed mine and wrapped the metal part I a towel and tossed them in the washing mashine, worked great to remove stains. In a similar way you should be able to dye them.
