Never tried dying them, I guess you could. If they have rips or tears in them, you can send them to http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/

Sent them mine. Complete new webbing, took the dated labels from the old ones and sewed on the new webbing exactly like the originals, checked and cleaned the retractors. Total cost with Shipping was $122 3 years ago. AS good as new when I got them back.

You could try to dye them w/ clothes dye. I removed mine and wrapped the metal part I a towel and tossed them in the washing mashine, worked great to remove stains. In a similar way you should be able to dye them.

I dyed a set from a 70 Chevelle. They were green and dyed them black. They turned out great. I used ritz cloth dye and doubled the solution strenght.
