Tie Rod End Torque
Looked in a 66-82 Corvette Shop Manual and did not find the torque listed in the torque Specifications chart.

The installation instructions state - ...torque to specifications then advance nuts just to insert cotter pins
Have a Chilton Corvette Repair and Tuneup Guide which lists the following:
Tie Rod End to Knuckle - 29-36 ft.-lbs
Tie Rod End Lock Nut - 39-53 ft.-lbs
Tie Rod Housing to Cover Beam - 47-61 ft.-lbs
...
