Re: Must Have Manuals?? (Neo Fender)
#1 - An Assembly Instruction Manual or AIM. Available from the major vendors (and E-bay  ) for around $20 - 30.
In addition I also have a 1970 Service Manual, a Haynes manual, a "vette-specific Chilton's manual the and a very old 1970's Chilton. Can't get enough info. :D
Oh, I just got the 68-82 parts interchange manual too!
AIM manual and a Chiltons. Also, if you can find one, a GM Factory service manual for your vear vette. I have one and it really helps diagnose trpouble and the wiring diagrams are incredible
In addition to most of the above listed if you can find one of these it comes in handy too.
The old "green" Chevy parts book for 68-82 Vettes. These are the ones that the Chevy parts guy would use in the "old days" when you went to the dealer for a part. Now the parts book is on CD or film.
It's handiest when I'm looking for some small indiscriminate part. I can find it in the "book" first and just take the part # with me to the dealer. Then I don't have to spend any time trying to explain and show the parts person what I want.
