My apology ... seems you're right ... sorry for any inconvenience.

I do recommend joining ST; if for no other reason than to be able to view photos... vast majority there are technical in nature.

The pic I find funny is a self-explanatory photo that is obviously a "fake" advertisement for a new "imaginary" product which can quickly increase your motor's compression. It's meant to be a joke. It's something just about every L-48 driver here might wish for; if only it were true.

It's at ST's "Engine Tech" forum and thread title is "New compression building"

variable compression? they have a piston in the connecting rod that gets filled up with oil to lengthen the rod?
