Default Clunking Sound from Rear

Recently bought a 1979 C3. When rolling slow there is a clunking or clacking sound from the rear. Can't tell if is is from the wheels, brakes or other. Even thinking U-joints. The car was parked for several years and driven VERY minimal. Got it up on jacks and plant to pull brake Assy off. Caliper bolt blocked by rounded brake line. Letting those soak.
Any thoughts on noise? Thx

Could need fresh gear oil and 2 bottles of anti-slip additive.

Congrats on the new car....

Does it pop on low speed turns usually backing up a first?

Could also be differential rubber bushing at fwd mount location is gone which is common. Fwd end of diff. big bolt goes thru.

I think so. Going slow in driveway I can hear it best. Can't remember if it was both forward and reverse. I am trying to loosen the rear rotor to see if it is parking brakes??

They are frozen on and no room to use a hammer.
