Leaking power steering control valve
I have a leak out of what looks like the grease fitting? The shop manual makes no reference on what that port is.. any help would be appreciated. Before i replace the whole thing... (back story...noticed a leak after sitting all winter. it was growling, manual said check fluid level. It was low. So i filled it up. Cleaned the leak area to see exactly where it was and thats were i am today)

If it's leaking PS fluid out of that grease fitting it will be the rear seal on the control rod inside allowing fluid past it into the cavity that holds the ball. When it gets worse fluid will come out from under the rubber dust cover just above which is held down by the wrap around tin clamp.Time for a rebuild.

anyone can rebuild the valve... just take your time. This is why we did the video. A brake hone comes in handy for the valve body too..
