oh yea. its Prowler Orange. :D
we've got a couple boo-boos to fix before its done done, but if i do sell it its gonna be hard to let go of. they may hear a bumping sound for the 1st mile or so, and i may end up with some wicked road rash. :D it is be-you-tee-ful though. so you'll get to see it PO :yesnod:
i figgure if they say anything about the paint being ugly, ill ofer to paint it black, or red or yellow, or purple etc... it would cost the same as black at this point. :D

a taste:
mirrors need to be put on, they are already painted. and door handles and all the goodies. the weird thing on the hood is a refelection of something :confused: the car is a mirror(!), and unfortinuately the shop is crappy lighting. later today: BETTER PICS! :cheers:

:lol: well i am seriously considering buying StingrayRacing's 72. ive gone into it before, long story short, his is faster :D but i couldnt decide weather to paint it black or prowler orange beacuse black is a broader audience, but prowler orange IMHO is a better and more unique color. my dad kinda surprised me and just painted it PO. MOMO, and a few others out there, were dying to see it finished as PO, soooooo... and MOMO is literally a 1/2 hour drive. i want to see his 427 start up, and he wants to see a vette with prowler orange on it. :yesnod: so i figgure he will be excited. he was pushing the hardest for PO. :D

Thanks for exlaining, as you can see I already changed my signation... :sad:
From gets painted in September to right in the middle of painting......
but now its already November and only the T-Tops are at the paintshop - not even finished yet.
But I make progress - I think one or two weeks and then the car will be at the paint shop.
I spent the last weeks with restoring the doors, repairing, improoving the gaps between doors, hood, and so on.
I´m getting close to finish.
And I´ll post some pics then. The color I chose isn´t common, I hope you´ll all like it - but that´s a secret until my paint topic will show up.
BTW I think PO rocks and as I said before the car looks bsolutely cool.

Thanks! is it the color you were checking out in your "what color would you do?" Post? if so very, very :cool: i cant tell you how many times i had to change my sig to fit the status of the project. make sure you do the door gap perfectly. its the first thing C3ers notice. at least on mine :D I love those "Splitter Fin" Thingies(:lol) you did in the side scoops. i wish you would have done em 6 months ago! :mad :jester i wouldda bought some from you. they are way :cool: :cheers: :cheers:
