The wiring on my started burned.
I must have made an error when I reinstalled it. - did a trans swap over the winter...
There were 4 wires at the starter
2 large Red
1 Yellow'
1 Brown
All wires were wrapped together. That harness shorted and burned.
I cut off the burned area and will splice in new wires,
There are only 3 wires... 2 red and 1 yellow.
Where did the Brown wire go?
Looks like I need to trace the 2 red wires and figure out what's what
I will splice in correct colors and re-wrap.

The brown is a fusible link. It changes to red other side of link. One of the red has fusible link then brown to starter. Did you hook up a black wire to starter. Common error as the ground from blower motor supposed to go to ground at starter or bolt. Not on solenoid. If you pm me I will send wiring copy as too large for forum
