69 Washer Pump Hose routing

So my 69 has a 3 port washer pump along with a 3 port adapter for the headlight wash. The previous owner wired up an auxillary washer pump and removed some of the hoses so I don't have a good idea where they went. I want to restore the car to original functionality (albeit not NCRS state). The factory Assembly Manual drawings are a bit unclear so I need to know what hose goes where. So to begin with, does anyone have an pic of the hose connection from the wash fluid reservoir to the 3 port washer pump connector? A clear diagram of where the hoses go would be greatly appreciated!

One more question - do the wipers have to be engaged and moving for the washer pump to push the washer fluid to the wiper arms?

I think so. Can't really help since I haven't had my wipers on in over 35 years.

Thanks again to everyone who responded - finally got the wiper wash system working! Just a FYI, the wipers have to be engaged (moving) before you get a stream on washer fluid on the windshield. Now I'll make sure the headlamp wash is
working as well!
