Default Question about Eckler's Super Strut installation
I meant Smart Struts, doggone it.

Which one of these pictures look right? Seems like there shouldn't be that much play...and, also seems like I shouldn't have to use washers. Instructions were vague, and appeared to be a copy.

No washers, about 1/4" of play.

The first photograph is correct and the picture in the instructions shows them on the bracket end of the strut.

I have the exact same kit from Ecklers. The top picture is correct.

Thanks! First pic shows tapered bushing retainers that get pressed or hammered on, but none of the eight extra washers included.
