If you mean auto adjust damper in the sense of a modern computer controlled shock, the answer is no.
Your best bet may be to go with AC-Delco replacements since you seem to want a softer ride as opposed to a more performance oriented shock such as Bilstein HD..

I agree on the AC Delco premium gas shock......best riding unit out there for these. Go Bilstein or KYB for a more performance orientated shock. The 66' in the Avatar had KYB's and although it was taught, it liked to buckboard like a Jeep over long wavy bumps...(pretty much all of Texas)..the trade off was worth it to me though.

You'll need a MUCH newer 'vette to get CVRSS (continuously variable road-sensing suspension). I have a Cadillac STS with the system and it works very well--the suspension actually seems stiffer (at minimum damping) the Corvette with Gymkhana suspension--but it rides like a comparative cloud. The steering wheel position sensor on the STS once went bad and it made the computer think the wheel was turning very rapidly left and right. This caused the shocks to go into continual maximum dampening--I thought my teeth would rattle out!
