I just put in new seat bumpers to adjust the angle of the seat so we are sitting straighter, however this resented me with a new problem.
The recline back will not lock back into position, is the strap lock adjustable or can I shim it ?
It's not adjustable. I suppose that you may have exceed the limits of the strap... so you might consider putting some shims under the black bracket you have in the picture above.
