Default electrical problems.....

car won't start, jumped it and it didn't seem like it would take a charge then fired up. Let it run for 20 minutes, didn't have enough power to operate windows, let it quit, and it wouldn't start again, does it need to sit and run longer, it has a 6 month old battery. When tried to start it without a jump hooked up it did the rapid clicking (not enough voltage for starter I think), I'm going to get the battery checked but I was wondering if anyone had advice, sorry if there's not enough info.

Well I am no expert (see my post today) but I would say that it is either bad battery (a drain maybe that is killing it while it sits) or a bad or loose positive cable.

I've had batteries go completely flat with little or no warning. But I'd be suspect of a bad connection, probably ground but positive cable connection is just as likely. Just recently my Suburban had a bad starter that took the battery with it when it fried. Hope it's just a bad cable connection for you though.

I would say it is the battery. Might want to have your alternator checked out too, to make sure it is charging the battery.
