the 67 tells it is convertible, the K tells it is 200 hp 350 cu. in., the 2 tells it is 1972, the 5368 is the production number ( production started in Aug. 1971)

The "1" indicates Chevrolet Motor Division and the "S" also denotes "St. Louis Assembly Plant" :yesnod:
