Headlamp/wiper systems not working

With the new door wiper switch installed and the motor running for a few minutes to build vacuum, make sure there is vacuum coming in on the red hose D going to switch C, if there is, make sure there is vacuum on hose K with the motor on and wipers off. The wipers down resting on the switch puts vacuum to the relay H through switch K.
THe actuator Relay is spring loaded. THe vacuum coming in on the black and white hose K pulls the internal relay up and that makes the vacuum from the yellow line go through the realy K to the red line to the actuator holding the door closed, with no vacuum the spring releases the internal switch that puts vacuum from the yellow hose to the green hose making the door open.
So either there is a leak up stream from the wiper door switch C under the dash or the relay switch C is bad, or the actuator relay has failed or an attaching hose
With the engine running and the wipers parked on the switch you should feel it pulling on the black and white line. TIf you dont, test this buy pulling the switch C out first and test it with your finger openning and closing the switch. Dont do it with the wipers moving or the door may shut on the wipers. With the switch untouched you should feel vacuum going into the black vent tube on the door switch C. Then
If that works see if you can feel the vacuum change and go down to the actuator while you operate switch C with your finger.
IF theres vacuum on the balck and white line then feel and see if it changes on the red and green hoses as you operate it with your finger
