Default Speedometer Face Replacements

Hello. My question is about the speedometer in my 69. The speed is in M.P.H. of course. I would like to get the speedometer recalibrated into K.P.H. as used north of the border and have the face of the speedo reflect the recalibration. If it is necessary. I see that there are speedometer faces available thru the vendors but they are as the original speedo. Does anyone know of a face that is available in K.P.H. I'm sure it would be less expensive than having to get the original silk-screened, although I admit I don't know what that costs. Thanks for all help and advice.

You could check with corvette instrument services, they might be able to do something with the original, the other option would be to look at a 75-76 speedo which is in both, but the color will be different than the 69
I just us a small GPS set to speed for a reference but multiply 6 x the speed limit to get to MPH is pretty quick

I bought a sticker from www.heiler-tachodesign.de , easy to install if you have the speedo disassembled. I recommend to remove the mph print from the speedo face, otherwise you will see the texture trough the scale sticker.

I use a gps also. You don't need to recalibrate the speedo. Just change the faceplate.
