I have a 3.36 rear end laying around that I would like to sell. The rear end only has 23,000 miles on it. It is a complete rear end with side yokes, driveshaft yoke and differential cover. What would be a fair price to ask for something of this nature?
I also have one good big block exhaust manifold. The exhaust manifold is off of a '73 LS4 454 Corvette. How much is something like that worth?
It' worth $100! Where should I send the check :jester :jester
Well - the actual value is probably closer to $500 - $600.. maybe even more...
I might need a new rear end soon if I continue running Drag Radials...
Olivier:
So those drag radials hook that good huh? What kind of 60' times are you pulling?
The reason I'm looking at selling the rear end off is because I am saving up my money to do some more motor work. I just can't see myself ever going back to a 3.36 rear end after having felt the 4.11s with my 4 speed.

My best 60' time so far was 1.676.. My "other" 60' times were in the low 1.7x's Unfortunatly I had shifting problems (clutch linkage) at this run which could have been in the 11's...
I was able to launch at 3000 RPM with NO tire spin!!   . However - my clutch was not too happy about that launch - causing my problems... My other 60' times were in the 1.7x's. Unfortunately - I only got a 1.813 60' time after I adjusted my clutch linkage - preventing me from getting into 11's that time...
