upper control arm alignment bolt
I'm considering flipping the upper A arm rear bolt around so that the nut is on the wheel side to give me more room between the bolt and LS-1 water pump. This keeps from having excess bolt length sticking out toward the water pump and only the number of shims would affect how close the upper A arm shaft is to the water pump. I realize this makes it difficult to torque down since the nut will be inside the A-arm but I don't see how it really makes any difference if I can get a socket and wrench on both ends.
