replacing differential seals

Hi all, I would like to change the 3 seals of my '74 differential. It's possible without remuving it from the car? Will the side and front yokes exit?

The diff has to come out to replace any of the seals.

The pinion seal can be done on the car but the axle seal can not. As mentioned you are better removing the diff.

how you do you torque the pinion nut properly ? I thought the Manuel says inch pounds with the ring gear removed? Just curious I need to do mine and was holding off till I pulled the diff

80-82 have the front bracket cast as part of the housing, the 63-79 irons have a steel bracket that can be removed. In your case I would remove the diff. The seals are different between the 2 as well.
