I did mine with the Felpro 1 piece. Of course my engine was in the car and I was laying on my back. Pretty easy and it comes with gasket "holding pins" which hold the gasket in place until you get the pan bolted up. makes alignment real asy. I think the gasket kit cost something like $28.00

I go along with the Felpro one piece and don't forget to replace the rear main seal (also Felpro) I did my '76 a while back and now have no leaks. Good luck! :seeya

Use the Felpro OS 34510 R. It will also fit some early small blocks not listed. Smart choice by those who have already used this number. :cool: :D :cheers:
