82 fuel sender unit FP wiring
Replaced fuel pump and sending unit on my 1982 it idles 0k but when put in gear stalls as if starved for gas.
and also fuel gauge doesn't work. My question is did I wire FP correctly? I spliced blk wire from sending unit into
blk wire on pump should that wire have been spliced into gray wire on pump.

According to the chart the sending unit is Pink and Black (ground)
The pump is Light Blue and Tan/white. I dint think it makes any difference
