No experience with the front end portion of this kit, but I bought the rear end poly kit. It included every bushing needed, as well as the sleeves and flaring tool for the trailing arm bushings.
As an aside, I had to look through the VB&P "online shopping" area to find the kit you mention. Not the most user-friendly online shopping experience......

Yeah, it's not a very good website they have there.

In terms of rear alignment shims and trailing arm bolts? No. That's a separate kit to get the stainless alignment shims and bolts. Otherwise the rear bushing kit had everything I needed to install all the bushings.
