I just removed my well worn out differential snubber. I watched all the videos and thought it would be easy. Now I'm having trouble putting in the new one. The new bottom one just won't fit in. I tried removing the front horizontal bolt on the bracket. Now I could pull down on the bracket enough to get the bushing in. I got the whole thing assembled, but now I can't get the horizontal bracket bolt back in. Any ideas?
When I replaced my snubber rubbers, I used a pry bar and a block of wood to force the bracket/diff to rotate down and slipped in the rubber. I cut a notch in the wood to clear the brake line.
Be careful of the brake line that is routed along the crossmember.
Good luck.
Jeff

Your probably gona have to take the lower bushing back out again.... your dealing with the suspension / spring torquing on the diff and miss aligning the bolt hole in the diff/snubber bracket..
Put that bolt back in the diff / snubber bracket and then you need to pry down on the snubber bracket itself as described above to slip the new bushing in there.
