I just test ran the trailing bolt through the center sleeve. I find the clearance to be a bit excessive. I presume this is undesirable. If so, is there anything one can do about this ?
The ta bolt clamps the shims and bushing in place. The bushing does not rotate around the bolt. The nut should be loose until you have the car sitting on the floor, then tighten the nut and pin it. The bolt and bushing will find their own happy spot.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
I'm sure somebody will pop in with a difinitive answer there are a lot of knowledgeable people on this forum.
