I had a crack appear on my world class heads after assembly. It appeared it radiated out from a bolt hole. I could catch a fingernail on it and everything. I bought some new aluminum heads and while i was removing the old heads I was playing with the crack and it came off the head. It was a stringer of the gasket sealant that had happened to fall accross the head. It can happen to us all.
