Just ordered my universal Griffin 1 X 1/4 tubed Scirocco radiator.
27.5 X 19.
How the mounting mods are too bad.
I plan on using dual Z28 electric fans. I believe this set up puts out around 2500cfm. This should be sufficent to cool off my Big Block correct?
Bob,
Dewitts has top notch radiators, real quality piece. I just wish I had the money to afford one. :nonod:
It's not easy building car while being in college, hopefully it will pay off one day.
I hope to have mine fired up soon as well.
Joey, do have have a aluminum radiator in you r BB? I have a friend with a good used one he'd like to get rid of. I would have bout it, but the '68 radiator is smaller than all the other C3's. His is 31X 19. He's let it go probably pretty cheap.
I recently installed a PermaCool 2950 cfm electric fan on my 68 and it rocks... It cools better than my dual Flex-a-Lite fans... I still use all 3 fans but the permacool is the only fan that's permanently on. The 2 flex-a-lite fans are switchable... You chose exactly the same radiator as I did. It should be a perfect fit!!
