Will C5 headers fit my LS C3?
C5 stainless steel headers are crazy cheap Right now on eBay. They come with huge 1.75” longass tubes and 3” collectors. Right now I’m running short headers with 2.5” collectors in my 427 LS. I’m supposed to be able to pick up 30HP by going from a 2.5” exhaust to a 3”. I guess I can find out for a couple of hundred bucks, but maybe someone here will know already.

Most of the C5/C6 long tube headers that I've seen will route the tubes downward and then turn them inward toward the center of the car before turning them rearward again with the collectors in the trans tunnel area
The problem with using those headers on our cars is that they interfere with the transmission. The C5/C6 just has the bell housing and the torque tube up front, which is much smaller than having the trans there.
Muscle Rods / BRPHotRods.com has several different types & sizes of LS headers for the C3. For your set-up, I'd consider the stepped 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" long tube headers.
Another thought would be to call Josh at Custom Image Corvettes and see what he's used and is selling for the LS swaps and builds that he does.
