C3 Headlight Conversion Kit
I’ve searched this forum but haven’t found my exact issue. As a noob on my first project car I could really use some help. I bought a 76 with this kit, a corvette mods dot com headlamp conversion kit, already installed. I don’t think any prior owner has ever gotten the headlamps to come up. I don’t have the instruction manual as my seller didn’t have it. Both units look new.
anyways, I replaced the fuse on this unit and got the drivers side headlamp to come up as it is wired to the headlamp switch on the drivers side dash. Score! However, the passenger side is not working. The passenger side unit has an additional wire that the drivers side doesn’t have. Both male ends of the plug work on the drivers side Headlamp so power is getting there. I called corvette mods and emailed them and requested an instruction manual or pdf of the manual to no avail. Is there a way I can test the passenger side unit or those wires? Any advice to get that passenger side working. Sorry if this is hard to understand, I’m learning as I go.
Outcome
I believe this is the kit installed based on wiring and labeling and that distinct red **** on the bottom
Passenger side unit not working
Passenger side unit not working
Drivers side unit working
Pictures attached.

I have a PDF on how to test the Miata /Ford Probe motors. These motors were used by several different people that make conversion kits.
Also included is the factory wiring colors for the motors- those look to be Fords- as the Mazda's use a green wire.
Shoot me an email - and I'll be glad to send it to you. I originally put the instructions out to help DIYers- but then several copied the design...
