Default C3 LS1 driveshaft

My 79 C3 currently has a 94 LT1 with a 4L60E,
new set-up I am swapping a 1999 LS1/4L60E.

what kind of driveshaft do I use for my new set-up?

You don't need a new shaft, they should align the same unless you move the engine around. They are both the same spline count.

Also kind of depends on which engine mounts you use. A lot of folks doing LS swaps are using Dirty Dingo adjustable mounts so they can move the engine forward or back as needed.

You don't need a new ds. I had mine shortened. As mentioned above it depends if you get three adjustable motor mounts and where you want there motor to sit, then determine if ds length.
