starter problem
1969 Corvette 350CI / 350hp Can someone help me? I replaced my starter about a month ago and forgot where the wires go. now my headlights are dim and the battery is charged up completly. the starter has five wires going to it. Can someone tell me where they go? thank you , Blane

There should be a purple one that goes to the small S terminal. The yellow or resistance wire goes to the small R terminal. There should be a black one with a large lug that goes to ground and the + battery cable that goes to the large terminal on the selonoid. There should also be a smaller red wire with a large lug that goes to the same large terminal that the battery cable goes to on the selonoid. Hope this helps.
