Little help identifying....

So this circuit board with what are apparently relays attached is free floating in the storage compartment behind the passenger seat in my 81. Anyone know exactly what it is? Any help appreciated!!

Google the part number in your first picture,

1977 79 81 83 85 chevrolet pontiac air conditioning blower relay # 526896.

Not sure why an air conditioning blower relay is doing in the back storage compartment tho.

Don't know about your '81 but in my '73, the parts that looked similar to those you show were for the factory alarm system.

Thanks, this was about what I was deciding on based of a few other clues I found here and there on the internet. My wipers are currently dead, so this flopping around back there could be a likely culprit.
