Yeah me too ...considering it's been a point of complaints among rubber bumper Vette owners going all the way back to the 80's.

Here’s the final product. Since the original post I installed new seats, a new rear composite spring and polished the wheels. The paint doesn’t match 100 percent, but it was to be expected. The urethane bumper slightly contorted when I bolted it back on. Maybe I over tightened the bolts on the bumper?

A few years back I found a company that made a DESIGN for a front bumper cover that got rid of the bumperettes and the metal front plate cover and opened up the center of the front bumper all as one piece. I opened up a thread on here somewhere trying to get enough people interested to get the company to make a run of them (I think they wanted only like 10 people to pre-order.) -I think I only found 2 other people willing to sign up so it never happened...

I had the manufacture of my fiberglass cover (( JOHN )) do a one of , for me, the rear too!
At the time, two yrs ago, I needed to run a front plate,, Not now,, but keeping it this way work now,,, mine is 1975,,,
