Power Window stopped working 78 Vette
Passengers Power Window stopped working yesterday. I took the door panel off and checked the voltage.
It shows 11 Volts for up and 11 volts for down. Is this enough?
This is a new motor about 1 year old.
Does this mean the motor is bad?

The brushes could be stuck, tap the motor with a plastic hammer.
