Finally got around to putting some pics up on my website (been driving my new car around too much to have time!). You can access more if you click there below my sig. Here are two. Well, one didn't work. Go to the website, click on the '69 red 'vert and there are three pics there. :)
Re: Got some pics up ... '69 BB roadster (WA 2 FST)
Looks very nice  , have you tried running the numbers on the other parts of the engine, intake, heads, carb, etc. to see exactly what you have? I'd love to have a stable of cars like that someday.
Re: Got some pics up ... '69 BB roadster (73 LS-4)
Thanks for the compliments, guys.
Pat, the intake is all I've checked...its an LS-6 intake. I was pleased with this b/c now I can keep the stock hood and put whatever I want under there and it should fit. All I know on the engine is that its a late-model GM crate 454 (installed about 4 years ago) w/ hydraulic roller valvetrain. They installed alum. rectangle port heads. I have not checked the casting #s, though.
My gut feeling is that the cam and carb are wrong for the application. I know the alum. heads are designed more for higher rpm HP, and unless they changed the cam in that crate motor (highly unlikely), then it it is not gonna move enough air past 5000rpm to warrant the rect. port heads. The carb is not a Holley DP or a Barry Grant, and that's all I can tell by looking at it with my untrained eyes for carbs. ;)

Wes - The car is awesome looking! Adding sidepipes (either hookers or big pipes under the stock 69 covers) will definely complete the look. I just got done installing Hookers on mine and am very pleased!
