Two questions about the street pro billet distributor if i may.
#1 does the distributor come stock with a provision to block
off the vacuum advance or do you need to buy the block
off plate kit?

#2 does the distributor come stock with the jumper wire to connect
the distributor to the ignition box?

Yes and yes. One part to make sure you get in the box is the tach drive adaptor. It is thin, brass and about an inch long with a pin in one end. If you look through it, it is hollow, you can see it is square on the inside and slides onto the tach cable then into the tach drive on the dist. Without it your tach won't work.
