Remove the lid on the air cleaner and while looking down the throat of the carburetor, move the throttle lever through it's full throw and see if fuel is being shot down the carburetor.
If you have fuel being shot down the carb, pull an easily accessible spark plug wire from one of your plugs and stick an old/spare spark plug in the boot of the wire and with the electrode grounded to metal on the engine, have someone crank the engine over. If the plug is firing then report back and we'll have more ideas but with a lot more information to go on.
Also if you can post a bit more information about your self such ad general location and any recent maintenance performed on the car.
