C4 Shifter
Hi everyone, I have a tech. question. Will the manual shifter out of a C4 fit into a C3? I currently have an M21 4 speed with an aftermarket Hurst shifter. I am curious in this because eventually I want to install a T56 in the car, and I like the look of the C4 (1990-1996) manual transmission shifters. I know for now, having the shifter labeled in the yellow numbers:
1 3 5
2 4 6 R
will be a bit odd because I only have R and 1-4 but only I have to know that it's an M21 under the transmission tunnel for the time being, it will be replaced with a T56 sometime in the future anyway. Thanks for the replies.
