Default Strange Connector 82 Corvette

can someone tell me what kind of connector it is? it goes from the main harness towards the ECM

Might be courtesy light timer. Not sure on '82s.

That is the E cell timer. It was/is supposed to alter ecm programming on a new vehicle. After a certain time, the cell would die, and the ecm would resume normal programming.. There were rumors that it was supposed to turn on the check engine light after like 60k.. I would leave it alone. If you disconnect it, it ,might trigger the light. You can probably scan it on a scan tool. It will probably read "expired".
