Default How much gap on the End Links

I'm installing new Sway Bar bushings and Sway Bar End Links. I'm not sure how tight the link screws need to be tighten down to. I know there has to be some space just not sure how much.

Any suggestions?

Hope this helps. This is for 1977, not sure if your year differs.

Hope someone has your year's manual to provide better/correct info.

Tighten them until the rubber bushing is the same diameter as the washer. Not more, not less. This will give you the correct tension/adjustment.
